The “Soul” of Catalyst Health Club

Welcome to part 3 of “Anatomy of an Exceptional Health Club.” The first two articles in this series shared thoughts of how our facilities are the “body,” and our staff the “heart” of what makes Catalyst a great place to become healthier. However, I think the concept of “saving the best for last” really applies here—because PART 3 recognizes the driving force that has guided Catalyst toward continued improvement and success—the inspirational “soul” of our club: our Catalyst members.
